Dr. Tevi Troy is a bestselling author, presidential historian, and a former senior government official. He formerly served as the Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in 2007-2009 and Deputy Assistant and then Acting Assistant to President Bush for Domestic Policy.
