Ethan Pupkin

Ethan Pupkin is JINSA’s Senior Development Associate, transitioning into this role in June 2018 after previously working as an outreach intern for the organization while completing his academic studies.

Prior to joining JINSA, Ethan gained valuable experience as an intern for Tel Aviv Global, the municipal marketing initiative by the Mayor’s Office of Tel Aviv-Yafo dedicated to elevating the city’s global positioning. His time in Israel also includes five weeks during Operation Protective Edge in 2014, which instilled in him a hands-on knowledge of Israel national security matters. Additionally, Ethan played a pivotal role in establishing Art with a Heart’s Art of Leadership Program, and later worked as a teaching assistant for Art with a Heart’s Workforce Development Program, HeARTworks.

Ethan is a Baltimore native and recently graduated from the University of Rochester with a Bachelor of Science in International Relations, minoring in Hebrew.
