Jonathan Harounoff
Jonathan Harounoff is the Director of Communications at JINSA. As a journalist, his writings on Iran, Israel and the broader Middle East have appeared in Haaretz, The Jerusalem Post, The Forward, The Jewish Chronicle, Middle East Institute and Religion News Service. His TV interviews have aired on Iran International and CBN News.
Jonathan previously worked in corporate communications, including for the executive chairman and former CEO of a Fortune 500 company.
He is a 2019 FASPE Journalism Fellow and was a founding team member of the Regional Organization for Peace, Economics & Security in Tel Aviv.
Jonathan holds a B.A. and M.A. from the University of Cambridge, during which time he worked at the British Embassy in Morocco and at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies in Washington, D.C.
He also holds an M.S. from Columbia Journalism School, and completed graduate studies in journalism, diplomacy and international relations at Harvard University.
