Lt. Gen. Mark D. “Shack” Shackelford, USAF (ret.) served as the Military Deputy in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, and was a participant on JINSA’s Generals and Admirals Program in 2012. He retired from the United States Air Force in November 2011.
