Technology and Manpower at the End of the 21st Century

The Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs (JINSA) is proud to host a conference on one of the most important subjects facing military planners today. A panel of experts on militaries from around the world will debate the change in manpower requirements brought on by the Revolution in Military Affairs (RMA). The draft has ended in some countries and its utility in others has come under question. But ending the draft has implications for a country’s education, social development and civil-military relations.
