Dan Feder

Dan Feder leads F & F Income Properties, a fully integrated real estate development company and one of San Diego County’s most active developers, focused on infill redevelopment with a long-term investment thesis. His portfolio includes 1,450+ rental units across the county.

A University of Southern California Marshall School of Business graduate, Dan previously co-founded Five Point Capital, scaling it to become the largest small ticket equipment leasing company in the U.S. before a successful exit. His ventures have appeared three times on the INC. 5000 list and twice among San Diego’s fastest-growing companies. In 2007, he was recognized as Entrepreneur of the Year by University of Southern California’s Greif Center.

Dan has served on over a dozen private and nonprofit boards, including the real estate school boards at University of California San Diego and San Diego State University. He is a 19-year member of YPO San Diego (former Chairman Emeritus), and belongs to CEO, an exclusive global organization for demonstrated leaders. He brings extensive international security and diplomatic relations experience and leads the Stand With Us antisemitism task force in San Diego. In 2024, Dan and his wife Jaime received the Stand With Us Inspiring Leadership Award.
