LTC (Prof) Sean M. Watts, USA (ret.)

LTC (Prof) Sean M. Watts, USA (ret.) is a former Professor of International Law at the Judge Advocate General’s School. Previously, he served as a Judge Advocate General in the U.S. Army from 1999-2007. Currently, LTC Watts, USA (ret.) teaches at Creighton University where his primary research interest is international legal regulation of emerging forms of warfare.

He earned a B.A. in International Affairs from the University of Colorado in 1992, a J.D. from William & Mary School of Law in 1999, and an LL.M. from the Judge Advocate General’s School in 2004.
