The Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs (JINSA) welcomed three senior retired military officers and three law enforcement executives to its Board of Advisors.

“In keeping with JINSA’s core mission to educate on national security issues and to promote the strategic relationship between the United States and Israel, we are pleased to announce that these six supremely qualified individuals will lend their voices to JINSA,” David Justman and David Steinmann, Co-Chairmen of the Board of Advisors, jointly declared.

The six are:

  • Chief James Burke, Chief of Department, Suffolk County (New York) Police Department

  • R. Adm. Edward Masso, USN (ret.), former Deputy Chief of Naval Personnel and Vice Commander, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Atlantic Fleet

  • R. Adm. Terence McKnight, USN (ret.), former commander of Expeditionary Strike Group 2

  • Chief Bill McSweeney, Chief of Detectives, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department

  • R. Adm. James Olson, USCG (ret.), former Commander of the Seventh Coast Guard District

  • Oliver “Buck” Revell, former Associate Deputy Director of the FBI
