				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Herb Ornstein is a graduate of Purdue University and the Harvard Business School. He had a distinguished career as a Financial Vice President and Senior Vice President at Corporations including CBS, Viacom, and Jerrold Electronics.</p>
<p>Since 1978 he has been associated with the Hascoe Family Office serving various financial and administrative functions. Norman Hascoe who was President of JINSA for many years introduced him to JINSA where he has been on the Executive Committee, was Chairman of the Search Committee for the Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Budget and Finance Committee.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Joel F. Gemunder served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Omnicare, Inc. and a member of its Board of Directors until his retirement in 2010. He had served as President since 1981, the year the company went public, and was named Chief Executive Officer in 2001. Omnicare, Inc., a Fortune 500 company based in Cincinnati, Ohio, and recently acquired by CVS Health Corporation, is the nation’s largest provider of pharmaceutical care for the elderly. Omnicare provides professional pharmacy, related consulting and data management services for skilled nursing, assisted living and other institutional healthcare provides as well as for hospice patients in homecare and other settings across the United States and in Canada. Omnicare also provides key commercialization services for the bio-pharmaceutical industry. In furthering the growth and development of Omnicare, more than 200 acquisitions in the health care industry were successfully completed and integrated over the nearly three decades of Mr. Gemunder’s leadership.</p>
<p>Prior to its initial public offering, Mr. Gemunder served as Chief Executive Officer of the Omnicare partnership, a consortium of health care companies owned by W. R. Grace and Chemed Corporation. He also served as Executive Vice President of Chemed. Mr. Gemunder began his affiliation with W. R. Grace in 1962, and in 1968 was promoted to Vice President of Development of the Company’s Specialty Products Group. When those operations were spun off in 1971 as Chemed Corporation, Mr. Gemunder was named Vice President. In 1977, he was promoted to Group Executive of Chemed’s Health Care Group, and later named Executive Vice President of Chemed.</p>
<p>Mr. Gemunder, born in New York, New York, graduated Phi Beta Kappa with an A.B. Degree from City College of New York and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Chemed Corporation (NYSE:CHE) and Ultratech, Inc. (NASDAQ:UTEK). He serves on the Advisory Council of the Graduate School of Business (The Booth School) at the University of Chicago where he has established the Joel F. Gemunder Chair for Strategy and Finance. He is a Vice President and member of the Executive Committee of JINSA (Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs) and is Trustee of its Gemunder Center for Defense and Strategy. He has also served as the President of the Long Term Care Pharmacy Alliance.</p>
<p>Today, Mr. Gemunder is a private investor primarily focused on health care investments. He is a Special Limited Partner in and Vice Chairman of the Advisory Board of Healthedge Investment Partners, LLC, and a director of Medical Neurogenetics, LLC, a provider of molecular and metabolic genetic testing for neurological and mitochondrial disorders. He is also Special Limited Partner and Advisor in Texo Ventures, LLC, an early-stage venture capital fund specializing in health care. He is also the Trustee of The Gemunder Family Foundation which was established to carry on philanthropic activities in research and education.</p>
<p>Mr. Gemunder resides in Cincinnati, Ohio, Amelia Island, Florida, and Sun Valley, Idaho.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Michael Nachman was the national Chairman of JINSA from 2012 &#8211; 2015. Additionally, he also serves as Co-Chairman of JINSA’s National Security Roundtable based in Washington DC.</p>
<p>Mr. Nachman was the founder and President of Mantex Fabrics Corporation for 34 years. Mantex manufactured synthetic knitted fabrics for the apparel and industrial markets. His business experience was multifaceted, operating manufacturing in North Carolina and headquartered in the Empire State Building in New York.</p>
<p>Active in the pro Israel and pro defense communities, Mr. Nachman sits on the Board of Directors of the Friends of the IDF and the New York Common Pantry, the largest food bank in New York City. He has also actively supported JINSA’s Soldier’s Appeal, with particular focus on veterans suffering from TBI and PTSD.</p>
<p>The son of Jewish immigrants from Czechoslovakia who escaped the Nazis, Mr. Nachman has a firm belief that America is an exceptional country, and has a passion and commitment for the safety and security of the United States and of the Jewish people. As such, he is dedicated to furthering JINSA’s mandate of supporting the U.S. military, a strong American defense capability, and a cooperative U.S. security relationship with Israel.</p>
<p>Residing both in New York City and Washington DC, Mr. Nachman is married to Ruth Horowitz, the Chief Operating Officer of the International Finance Corporation’s Asset Management Company, a part of the World Bank Group.</p>
<p>Mr. Nachman received his B.S. in Business Administration from the C. W. Post College of Long Island University.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Dr. George Violin is a graduate of Columbia University College of Physicians and was an International Fellow of the University at the School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA). He trained in ophthalmology at Harvard University and has founded several private equity companies. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.</p>
<p>Dr. Violin was one of the pioneers in small incision cataract and implant surgery in Massachusetts and has had experience in this area for almost a quarter of a century. He has been the subject of many news articles concerning his expertise in the areas of laser vision correction and cataract surgery. He has been featured, and has appeared as a guest speaker, on numerous local television and radio broadcasts, where he has discussed state of the art technologies in both of these areas.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>David Steinmann has been Advisory Executive for the William Rosenwald Family Organization which is located in New York City. That organization has overseen the business and financial interests of the Rosenwald Family. He was with the Rosenwald Organization for more than 30 years since 1976.</p>
<p>Previously, Mr. Steinmann was a founding partner of the law firm of Ferziger, Wohl, Finkelstein and Steinmann with a broad corporate and commercial practice including financial institutions. Prior to that, Mr. Steinmann was with the law firm of Christy, Frey and Christy, located at Rockefeller Center in New York City. From 1967 to 1970, Mr. Steinmann was an Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York and Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division of that office.</p>
<p>Mr. Steinmann has been associated with numerous professional and charitable organizations including having served as: President of the Board of Columbia Grammar &amp; Preparatory School in New York City; Vice President and Treasurer of the Academy of Political Science; President and Chief Executive Officer of the Jewish Institute for National Security of America (JINSA) and currently as Chairman of JINSA and as Chairman of JINSA’s Board of Advisors; Vice Chairman of the Middle East Forum; a member of the Boards of the Center for Security Policy, and the America-Israel Friendship League; Vice Chairman of the Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting in America (CAMERA); President of American Friends of Qatzrin; a member of the Advisory Boards of the Center for Jewish Studies at Queens College and Insight Turkey International. Mr. Steinmann also currently serves as Vice Chairman of‘Aina Ho’okupu O Kilauea, a Kaua’i based Hawaiian non-profit organization.</p>
<p>Mr. Steinmann holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors from New York University College of Arts and Sciences, 1962; an LLB from Columbia University Law School, 1965; and an LLM from Georgetown University Graduate Law Center, 1966 where Mr. Steinmann was an E. Barrett Prettyman Fellow in Trial Advocacy.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Jon Kislak is a principal of Antares Capital Corporation in Miami, Florida. Antares is a privately held venture capital firm investing equity capital in expansion stage companies and management buyout opportunities. From 1991 to 1999, he operated Kislak Capital Corporation, a successful investor in start-up and early stage companies, and was Chairman of Kislak Financial Corporation, a bank holding company for Kislak National Bank. From 1989 to 1991, he served as Deputy Under Secretary and Acting Under Secretary of the U.S. Department of Agriculture with responsibility for three USDA agencies and the USDA rural development activities. Prior to 1989, he was President of J.I. Kislak Mortgage Corporation.</p>
<p>He sits on the board of several companies, including the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta and Cherry Hill Mortgage Investors. His past civic involvements include President of the South Florida Council of the Boy Scouts, General Campaign Chairman of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, and Chairman of the Board of Camillus House, Inc. Kislak previously served as Chairman of JINSA’s Board of Directors.</p>
<p>Kislak graduated with a degree in Economics, <em>Magna cum Laude</em>, from Harvard College. He is married and has four children.</p>

He has since worked for Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and is currently a partner at an independent advisory firm. Steve and his wife, Janice, are founding members of the Simon Wiesenthal Center’s Museum of Tolerance in Los Angeles, and have been involved with Chicago Action for Soviet Jewry, AIPAC, and Friends of the Israel Defense Forces. 				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Michael J. Leffell is the founder of Portage Partners, a privately held company focused on alternative asset investments. Mr. Leffell is Chairman of Canoe Software, a FinTech company leading the charge against manual data entry for alternative investments. Mr. Leffell was previously a Director of the PGE Corporation with his term ending in June 2020.</p>
<p>Until his retirement in 2010, Mr. Leffell was the Deputy Executive Managing Member of Davidson Kempner Capital Management, an event driven, multi-strategy hedge fund. While at the firm, Mr. Leffell also co-managed the Distressed Securities investment strategy for 20 years. With Mr. Leffell’s guidance, the firm evolved from having $20 million under management, to a $12 billion firm with over 150 employees in New York and London when he retired.</p>
<p>Prior to joining Davidson Kempner Capital Management, Mr. Leffell was a Litigation Associate in the New York law firm Kaye, Scholer, Fierman, Hays &amp; Handler.</p>
<p>In 1999, Mr. and Mrs. Leffell established The Lisa and Michael Leffell Foundation dedicated to Jewish education and strengthening security and vibrancy of the State of Israel. Mr. Leffell is President Emeritus of the Board of Trustees at the Solomon Schechter School of Westchester, Chairman of <em>Commentary Magazine</em>, a Trustee of the Jewish Institute for National Security of America, and is a Wexner Heritage Fellow.</p>
<p>Mr. Leffell received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 1984, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and earned a B.A., magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Clark University in 1981, where he was awarded the H. Donaldson Jordan Prize in History. Mr. Leffell lives in Westchester, New York with his wife Lisa and has four children Benjamin (Julie), Adam (Jenn), Lauren and Ari and four grandchildren Nellie, Jack, Leo, and Andi.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Michael G. Rapp is Executive Director Emeritus of the Jewish Community Relations Council of Cincinnati and is presently Adjunct Professor, Department of Theology, Xavier University. He earned his Doctorate in history from the University of Minnesota.</p>
<p>Active in community life for over 40 years, Dr. Rapp served on the executive committees of the Metropolitan Area Religious Coalition of Cincinnati and Hamilton County and the Hamilton County Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services Board. He also served on the Northwest Ordinance and United States Constitution Bicentennial Commission of the State of Ohio, the Steering and History Committees of the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, and the board of the Cincinnati NAACP.</p>
<p>Currently on the Executive Committee of the Ohio History Connection (formerly the Ohio Historical Society), Dr. Rapp is on the City of Blue Ash Charter Revision Committee, the Blue Ash-Ilmenau Sister City Committee, and the Board of Director of the Jewish Institute for National Security of America. He also serves on the Editorial Board of <em>The Journal of International Security Affairs</em>.</p>
<p>Professionally, Dr. Rapp is a member of the Organization of American Historians, the American Jewish Historical Society, the Immigration and Ethnic History Society, and the National Association of Scholars.</p>
<p>In recognition of his accomplishments in the field of inter-group relations, he has received awards from the Ohio Civil Rights Commission; the Health Alliance of Greater Cincinnati, the Baptist Ministers Conference of Greater Cincinnati and Vicinity, and the University of Cincinnati Medical Center; the National Conference of Christians and Jews; and the Cincinnati Human Relations Commission.</p>
