Israel War Update 11/7

October 31 marked one of the deadliest days for Israel in the current front against Hezbollah, with seven civilians killed in rocket attacks amid reports that ceasefire talks in the north have stalled. Meanwhile, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) continues its operations deep inside Lebanon, including the daring November 1 naval raid into northern Lebanon to capture a senior Hezbollah operative. These events come against the backdrop of Iran vowing a “strong and complex” imminent attack on Israel, potentially from outside its soil and involving weapons it has not used thus far in the war.

Please join JINSA for a situational update on these developments featuring Distinguished Fellows IDF MG (ret.) Yaakov Amidror and IDF MG (ret.) Amikam Norkin. The discussion will be moderated by JINSA’s Vice President for Policy Blaise Misztal.
